Built from reclaimed wood, recycled kitchen cabinets and window screens, our Coupe de Lill is complete with two doors (one main entrance and a second for collecting eggs), front seats for up to 3 hens and luggage compartments (aka nesting boxes). There has been a mad dash to complete the coop given that we our expecting our 4th child to arrive at the end of September. Plus, Chicago weather can been precocious; it has been known to snow in September. But we did it! The access ramps were once IKEA drying racks.
